What the add-on accesses

CleanRows requests two Google OAuth scopes: spreadsheets.currentonly (read and edit only the spreadsheet in which you open the add-on) and script.container.ui (show the sidebar). It does not access your other files, your Gmail, your contacts or your Google profile.

What we collect

Nothing from your spreadsheets. All processing happens inside Google’s Apps Script runtime for your spreadsheet. The add-on makes no network requests to us or to any third party. If you enter a licence key, it is stored in your Google account’s per-user add-on properties so Pro stays active; we cannot read it.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Gumroad or Mayar, which receive the name, email and payment details you give them and send you a receipt. We use the purchase record only to issue your licence key, provide support and process refunds. We do not sell or share personal data.

Google API Services User Data Policy

CleanRows’ use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Spreadsheet data is used only to perform the action you request in the sidebar and is never stored, transferred or used for advertising or AI training.

Retention and deletion

We hold no spreadsheet data. Uninstalling the add-on removes it; purchase records are kept by the payment provider as required by law. To ask for deletion of your purchase record, reply to your receipt email.
